Description of Services We provide digital products in the form of downloadable audio files (“Teachings”) and a subscription-based service (“Tribe of the Rising Light”) that grants access to exclusive content in a private Facebook group and via email.
Products and Services

3.1 Teachings (Downloadable Audiobooks)

Upon purchasing a Teaching, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the content for personal use only.
Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of the downloaded files is strictly prohibited.
Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

3.2 Tribe of the Rising Light (Subscription Service)

This is a subscription-based service that provides access to a private Facebook group and exclusive content via email.
Content shared within this service is for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold in any way.
We reserve the right to terminate access to any subscriber who violates these terms.
Subscribers receive a 22% discount on Teachings and other products. The use of this discount without an active Tribe membership is strictly prohibited.

Payments for digital products and subscriptions are processed through Stripe and PayPal.
Available payment methods include Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and other options provided by Stripe.
The subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
We reserve the right to modify product offerings and pricing at any time without prior notice.

Teachings are available for download immediately after successful payment.
Access to the Tribe of the Rising Light is granted after successful subscription payment and continues until the subscription is canceled.

VAT is included in the price of all digital products.
The subscription price for the Tribe of the Rising Light is exclusive of VAT, which will be added at checkout.

Purchasers receive a personal, non-transferable license to use our digital content.
No ownership rights are transferred, and users may not modify, distribute, or resell our content.

By purchasing or subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
Our products and services are available worldwide but are subject to any legal restrictions in your country.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

We provide our digital products and services “as is” without any warranties.
We do not guarantee that the use of our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
